Foss Global can visit and support an existing supplier, either as preventive control before problems arise, or as hands-on troubleshooting when quality, delivery or communication issues are already happening.

Directly. Discussions with factories happen in Chinese, so your requirements don't get lost in translation.

Three models, matched to what the project needs: sample inspection at the Dongguan office, verification of the factory's own inspection results, or a full inspection carried out directly at the factory, either during running production or as a final pre-shipment check.

It's best to hold off on highly confidential technical files, drawings or customer documents until appropriate project terms or a confidentiality agreement are in place.

Inspection and production work can include coordinating packing requirements and shipment readiness, and repacking or shipment can be arranged from the Dongguan office when relevant.

No. CE marking is applied by the European manufacturer or importer, not by Foss Global.

The European manufacturer or importer. Under EU product law, they're the party required to draw up the declaration of conformity, and that responsibility can't be delegated to a sourcing or testing partner.

Foss Global coordinates the compliance testing needed to support your declaration, working directly with accredited test labs and factories in China. That testing and documentation feeds into what the European manufacturer or importer needs in order to make the declaration.

Not on its own. A supplier's test reports can support your documentation, but they don't replace the declaration of conformity that has to come from the European manufacturer or importer.

Usually not. For most products, CE marking is a self-declaration by the manufacturer or importer, based on testing and a technical file, not a certificate issued by a factory or third party.
