Foss Global works with customers and suppliers across Europe and Asia. We aim to limit shared information to what is necessary for the project.

Please do not send highly confidential technical files, drawings or customer documents until the appropriate project terms, confidentiality arrangements or non-disclosure agreement have been agreed.

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was provided, including project communication, customer follow-up, legal, accounting or dispute-resolution needs. If an inquiry does not become an active project, we will normally delete or archive the communication when it is no longer useful for follow-up.
